Awesome show. It was great to hear our name sake to open the show LastEXIT. Incredible version of Sleight of Hand (my second favorite PJ song). I only wish PJ would've been the headliner and had the chance to play for 2 1/2 hours instead of the 1 1/2 they got Monday night. Why Go and Army Reserve were also pretty outstanding. Can't wait for Tuesday!

My buddy, his 1st PJ show but still a fan and knows the music, elbows me after Why Go, and asks if they(Ed) are always this intense. My answer to him was "yes", but in my head the answer was no. That was freaking intense. Short set so they cranked it up a notch. I just got back to Rochester, so I still need to gather my thoughts, but that was a great night. I was a little pissed PJ didn't get to an encore to their set, though. Both sets were about 1hr 20 min, but TP got the the big encore at the end(and did he really need 50 minutes to change the stage?) That took up a lot of playing time. I loved the TP set, too. It ws pretty much straight up his greatest hits, but that's all I was looking for, to tell you the truth. The "Jam" as he called it which ended up being Mystic Eyes was fantastic, I love that song. My fan club seats were great, not on the floor, but sec 118, row 4(Mike's side, first section not even with but in front of the stage). Can't wait for tomorrow. I'm fucking exhausted.

I got my face rocked off by The Sound of URCHIN last night. My ears are ringing so hard. I cannot wait for Pearl Jam tonight and even though I haven't felt the least bit excited about seeing Tom Petty at any point, after seeing that setlist I'm psyched!

Lebowski, the lucky bastard gets Army Reserve and Sleight. I suppose tonight EV will call him down to join them on stage for a song...

Good setlist, i just feel we got cheated. too short. I need more than 1hr and 20 minutes. just teased me. I was so fired up halfway through the set i didn't want it to end. Lets hope the song selection is as solid as it was last night

I see where you are coming from man. I would love to see the boys play for four hours if I could. The sad fact is thats just not gonna happen. They opened for Petty and still played 17 songs. That's pretty fuckin good when you think about it. As far as song selection goes last night was great. Tonight could be even better. Lets hope...

BTW, nice to have ya check out LastEXIT. I hope you visit more often.

Damn, listening to the boot of this show. I can't believe Stone played the It's Ok riff at the end of Daughter and they didn't follow through with it.
