Not too shabby. Pretty good set right there. I'm glad i caught Light Years in MN, or i would have been pretty upset. "In Hiding" would probably have been the highlight for me since i have seen "sad" twice now. Tons of Yellow leadbetter, i like the song, but just like Evenflow, i have heard it every show i go to.
I can't wait for the next Tour, sounds dumb, but i just hope it happens.
Should be mailing out today, then when i get the 3rd disc, i can send it out.

I'll see what i can do.

Hey oh, Hagigun's buddy here, i'll give a few of my thoughts on the 3SF shows. The crew of guys we went out there with was just great, we always have an awesome time and can't wait for tonight as we're making another small trip with heavy drinking involved at the final destination.
Night 1: Dead Man is always cool to hear, enjoyed that as preset and Of the Girl surprised me as the opener as they haven't been playing it much, Hagi kept saying they'd open with it and i was like nah, they don't play it that much anymore. Love hearing Save You and Sad, and even though I'm not a the biggest fan of Not For You, the new tag Modern Girl at the end of it is just beautiful, i could sing that all day. God's Dice was great as i hadn't heard it and hagi used to worship that song. Love Present Tense and am so glad they brought back Why Go. All of the 1st Encore was sweet, Mamasan backwards can't go wrong with that. Thought the show was ending after RITFW and was glad Mike played Yellow Ledbetter, I know some of you get sick of the song, but playing guitar myself i think they should end every show with it.
Night2: As hagi said waiting in line was great, sharing stories and already having a good buzz goin thanks to the beers and shotguns and whiskey/cokes on the way there. Driftin' preset great, Sometimes opener great even though Ed messed it up and didn't finish. Marker and Dissident!! I hadn't hear Garden or I Got Shit live before so i was pumped for both of those, then my highlight of the night Inside Job was played, probably my fav song off the new cd and it took me to my 4th show this tour to hear it, i was so happy to see Mike come out with that double necked guitar. Come Back beautiful, then the Avengers singer came out and sang The American in Me, i heard that song on the '04 Vote For Change Tour and really like it so to see the real singer of it was cool. "Oh where, Oh where, could...", i hear that i say "what do you guys want to drink", i really dcn't like Last Kiss, but Eddie was out in the middle of the crowd so everyone went over to get next to him so that gave me a chance to go straight forward and i got to about 5th row in front of mike, so i guess there was a positive to Last Kiss being played there, man i dislike that song. Love Fuckin' Up and Yellow Ledbetter again.
Night 3: We were minus Hagigun and 2other buddies this night so that was a bit of a downer, but the show must go on. Watched Kingpin when we awoke in the morning, took showers then started off to find a cab. We felt a little naked without a whiskey coke so we turned around and went to the liquor store. Got a sixpack, couple cokes, and a 375ml of Seagrams. (Sidenote, worst part about SF is they have no selection of Canadian whiskeys, just seagrams and if you are lucky Crown, i need my choice between Crown, Canadian Club, Windsor, and if i feel poor and gross that day, McAdam's.) Back to the house, have a beer, then shotgun a beer, mix our drinks and off to find a cab. Get to the show at 1 something, probably 20th in line or so. Met the girl we met the night before she was about 10 in front of us. Ran into some other people we had met the night before, one of the guys was from Wayzata, MN. Met a couple behind us in line from Montreal, they were real cool and she was hot as hell. They shared some of their cooler with us. My buddy said he would need to visit the porto 6times while we were in line, i told him i'd take the under, i won. Yelled at by the starbucks employees for using their bathroom without purchasing a shitty coffee. Yelled at by security in line for having a beer, surprised it took this long for it to happen, but he just told me to get rid of it, so that was ok, we had more, haha. Got into the show, definitely the most hammed up this night.
Now about the show. I am Mine as preset alright, i've heard it enough and would have liked something a little more obscure, but who am i to complain, it's frickin' PJ. Release, just like Yellow Ledbetter should close every show, i wouldn't mind hearing Release open every show. Untitled/MFC, Mosquito, great sequence there. Sad again, nice, and Light Years which is so sad, but beautiful. Then maybe the highlight of the weekend for me, IN HIDING!!!!!!!!! nothing more to say. Followed by Down, PT, and Why Go, just perfect. Man of the Hour was cool during the 1st encore, love always hearing Last Exit. Leash is great, glad that is back as well. then ALL ALong the Watchtower, real cool then at the end Mike throws his guitar up it just lands on the bottom then he picks it up and shitbeats it, Eddie takes it throws it on the ground in front of the drumkit and then runs and jumps on it like it is a skateboard, it doesn't slide to well, and he goes flying over it and falls to the ground, gets right up, and the crowd loves it. Everyone is ready to leave, but Mike gets his '59 strat and wants to finish with Yellow Ledbetter, Ed asks him if he'll be breaking that guitar too, and mike says emphatically NO! So YL finishes the weekend for me and i couldn't be any happier.
Awesome time and can't wait for the next excursion with these guys, not to mention the next tour.

Thanks for the post man. These guys are good shit and great musical minds. Lots of fun stuff on the site and the videos...well they are everywhere.
Night 3 sounded like a great time. trent forgot to mention the hot Canadien. That would have been sweet, i could have started spitting the french out, L'areodrame baby!!! Last time i tried my french was when i got busted by a security guard in mexico with some dank. The french didn't go over too well that time. Too bad on the whiskey selection for ya, thats why i go captain, "this is america jack!". I have a feeling i will be in trouble in scotland later this fall, "Um, you, fuzzy little foreigner. Do you have any Captain Morgan? ... No? WTF!"
I was regretting not staying for night 3, thats for sure. Just waiting in line is fun enough. We may just have to go to random shows, (even ticketed events) and just drink in line. Not even PJ, like rap concerts and shit, act like we know all about the band and we are the biggest fans ever.
Can't wait for Gretchin Wilson tonight, she has my favorite fiddle player in the world!!! Eau Claire here we come, and were gonna leave some vomit behind.

Even though i can't stand country music, it is always fun to go see dan play, and a good excuse to get shitfaced, see ya in a few hrs.

They were indeed too short. Although, seeing PJ open for Tom Petty in two of six total shows (and one of three cities) is pretty damn cool. I will always think it was pretty amazing to be at those shows. I only wish we could have gotten the full PJ set.
